Terms & Conditions - The Basics

1. Services
Authentic Beauty Bar provides professional eyelash extension services and other beauty treatments. All services are performed by licensed professionals and are intended for cosmetic purposes only. Results may vary from client to client.
2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited deposit or may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on completed services or gift cards. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue

4. Liability & Health
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to your service.

Authentic Beauty Bar is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse outcomes.

Clients must follow all aftercare instructions to ensure best results and avoid damage to natural lashes.

5. Safety & Cleanliness
We are committed to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. Clients are expected to:

Arrive with clean lashes (free of makeup, oil, or residue).

Refrain from bringing additional guests or children unless approved in advance.

Follow all health and safety guidelines while in the studio.
